Country For A Cause 2026 brought together country legends, fan favorites, and rising artists at Nashville’s 3rd & Lindsley during CMA Fest week.

The 12th Annual Country For A Cause was scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026, with proceeds benefiting Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The event was hosted by T.G. Sheppard and Kelly Lang, along with Devon O’Day.

Country For A Cause 2026 Date and Location

Country For A Cause 2026 was scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, at 3rd & Lindsley, located at 818 3rd Ave. S in Nashville.

Doors were scheduled to open at 5:00 PM, with the concert beginning at 6:30 PM.

The annual benefit takes place just before CMA Fest, making it one of the special events surrounding CMA Fest week in Nashville.

An Unofficial Kickoff to CMA Fest Week

Country For A Cause has become an annual Nashville tradition, bringing together artists from across country music for a night centered on music and giving back.

“We are beyond excited to host Country For A Cause once again,” T.G. Sheppard and Kelly Lang shared ahead of the 2026 event. “It’s truly incredible to see the lineup this year, our most varied yet. We’re bringing together legendary artists, rising stars, and you never know who may stop in. This is going to be an unforgettable show!”

Sherri Forrest, President of Country For A Cause, described the concert as the “unofficial” kickoff to CMA Fest.

“We have an amazing lineup planned, and we’re so thankful for the support of Gus Arrendale and Springer Mountain Farms, along with our artists, volunteers, and fans who help us raise thousands of dollars each year for Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt,” Forrest shared ahead of the event.

Proceeds from Country For A Cause benefit Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Since teaming with Monroe Carell as the sole beneficiary in 2018, Country For A Cause has helped raise more than $200,000.

Meredith “Mamie” Shepherd, Senior Program Manager for Seacrest Studios at Monroe Carell, praised the continued support from Country For A Cause.

“How lucky we are to have the support of Country For A Cause in our Nashville community,” Shepherd said. “T.G. Sheppard and Kelly Lang have been incredible champions of the patients and families seeking treatment and care at Monroe Carell.”

Country For A Cause is an annual concert held just before CMA Fest in Nashville. Over the years, the event has welcomed artists including Crystal Gayle, Lee Greenwood, The Bellamy Brothers, Ty Herndon, Doug Supernaw, Baillie and the Boys, Collin Raye, Billy Dean, Jeannie Seely, Jan Howard, John Rich, Jody Miller, Lulu Roman, and many others.

The 2026 event continued the organization’s mission of bringing country artists and fans together in support of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
