Country music superstar LeAnn Rimes is heading back to Thursday nights as ABC’s 9-1-1: Nashville returns for its second season this fall.

ABC has officially confirmed that Season 2 of 9-1-1: Nashville premieres Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series will once again be part of a full night of drama on ABC, following 9-1-1 at 8 p.m. and leading into Grey’s Anatomy at 10 p.m.

Rimes stars in the Music City-set series as Dixie Bennings, adding another major television role to a career that has spanned country music, acting, and television for more than three decades.
