As interest in ’90s country continues to grow, Michael Peterson is giving fans another way to revisit his catalog.

Peterson has signed a deal with StarVista Music to release two albums, Down On The Farm and We Are Veterans, digitally for the first time. The projects, originally available only on CD, are now available across major streaming platforms.

For longtime fans, the digital release makes a meaningful chapter of Peterson’s catalog easier to access. For newer listeners discovering ’90s country, it offers another entry point into the music of an artist known for rich vocals, storytelling, and a connection to traditional country roots.

Peterson rose to national prominence with his chart-topping hit “From Here to Eternity” and has built a career that includes 25 studio and live albums, more than 1.25 million records sold as a solo artist, more than 26.5 million radio airplays and streams worldwide, and nine No. 1 songs on international charts.

"This new digital age of the music business is fascinating,” says Michael Peterson. “When I was releasing music in the 90s, I remember sitting in a room with the label executives talking about what record stores we had to visit to sign CDs to create the buzz on a new album. Now, its all virtual and digital. The technology is amazing, and I really like how quickly the fans can hear and learn about new music.”

The digital releases come as ’90s country continues to find renewed attention from longtime listeners and younger fans exploring the era. With more catalog music becoming available on streaming platforms, albums that were once harder to find are reaching new audiences in a much more accessible way.

Peterson continues to tour worldwide, performing concerts and connecting with audiences through speaking engagements centered on music and storytelling. He is also currently in the studio working on new music, with plans to release another project in the near future.
