The Chicks Tour 2026: Taking the Long Way Anniversary Dates

The Chicks are taking fans back to one of the most defining eras of their career.
The trio has announced the Taking the Long Way 20th Anniversary Tour, a limited 17-night theater run celebrating the 20th anniversary of their 2006 album Taking the Long Way. The tour is billed with the phrase “Still Not Ready to Make Nice,” a nod to the album’s Grammy-winning anthem “Not Ready to Make Nice.”
Throughout the run, The Chicks will perform Taking the Long Way in its entirety for the first time before closing each night with fan-favorite hits from their catalog. The album, originally released in 2006, topped the Billboard 200 and earned five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
Tickets for The Chicks’ Taking the Long Way 20th Anniversary Tour are on sale now through TheChicks.com/tour and official ticketing outlets.
