Carter Faith’s Breakout Year
The release follows a major stretch for Carter after Cherry Valley earned an ACM Album of the Year nomination. The project became the first debut album nominated in the category in a decade, following Chris Stapleton’s Traveller in 2016.
Carter also performed “If I Had Never Lost My Mind” during the ACM Awards, while her cover of Faith Hill’s “Let’s Go To Vegas” served as the official anthem for this year’s ceremony.
Released in 2025, Cherry Valley was named the year’s best country album by Rolling Stone and ranked No. 17 on the publication’s list of the 100 Best Albums of 2025.
Carter made her late-night television debut earlier this year on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she had previously appeared with Fallon for their holiday collaboration, “Ugly Sweater.” She was also named an Amazon Music Breakthrough Artist and MusicRow’s 2025 Discovery Artist of the Year.
Carter spent part of the summer touring with Post Malone and has additional 2026 dates scheduled with Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves, and Shaboozey.
She is also set to make her acting debut in the Netflix film Heartland alongside Academy Award winner Jessica Chastain.
Cherry Valley Forever is available now through Gatsby Records/MCA.
