When Did Luke Bryan Release SIGNS?
Luke Bryan released SIGNS on September 18, 2026.
The album is his ninth studio project and features 12 songs. Jeff Stevens and Jody Stevens produced the album.
Bryan said he worked on the project for about a year before its release.
“It is always a great day when I get the chance to release new music,” Bryan said. “I’ve been working on this album for the past year, and I just love how it turned out.”
What Is Luke Bryan’s SIGNS Album About?
Bryan went into SIGNS wanting to make an album his fans could have fun listening to while balancing songs he helped write with material from other Nashville songwriters.
“I was able to co-write a few, then turn to the writers in Nashville to round them out,” Bryan said. “I feel like my fans have always let me record songs that make you feel good, so I went into this album wanting everyone to just have fun.”
Across its 12 songs, SIGNS includes stories about relationships, heartbreak, small-town life and enjoying the things that matter.
Luke Bryan and Luke Combs Team Up on “Finders Keepers”
One of the biggest collaborations on SIGNS comes right at the beginning of the album. Luke Combs joins Bryan on the opening track, “Finders Keepers.”
The song was written by Jimi Bell, Beau Bailey and Sam Ellis.
Bryan said working with Combs was something he had wanted to do for some time.
“I’ve always wanted to get him on a song,” Bryan said of Combs. “Obviously, he’s an amazing singer, and we’ve become buddies over the years. I’ve always wanted a Luke & Luke moment.”
Bryan first heard “Finders Keepers” while he was in the middle of recording and said the song immediately caught his attention.
“The first time I heard this song, I was in the middle of recording in the studio, and my manager played me the song,” Bryan said. “It hit me like a ton of bricks from the moment I heard it, and I recorded it on the fly.”
Combs quickly agreed to join Bryan after hearing the song.
“When Luke heard it, he called me right back and said, ‘let’s do this thing,’” Bryan said.
