Ashley Cooke was a standout at CMA Fest 2025! From capacity crowds at the Riverfront Stage to connecting with fans at her own fan events and exclusive showcases, Cooke made the most of every moment. Whether performing her chart-topping hits or teasing new music, she proved why she’s one of country’s fastest-rising stars.
Among the highlights was hearing her current single, “the f word” - a track that’s quickly resonated with fans for its clever and catchy wordplay.
“This song immediately caught my attention from the title,” shares Cooke. “It’s brilliantly written and resonates with an experience I had in a past relationship…The song starts with ‘I try not to swear,’ which cracks me up because I have the mouth of a sailor, often using many f-words.”
More new music is on the way from Ashley - she plans to release her sophomore album later this year.
2025 has been nothing short of a banner year for the rising star. Ashley kicked things off with a Best New Country Artist nomination at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards. She’s also taken her breakout hit “your place” to the top of the country radio charts, headlined a nationwide tour, and joined Cody Johnson in Australia and Kane Brown on select tour dates in the U.S.
