Craig Morgan will honor America’s military veterans with the inaugural Craig Morgan’s Veterans Day 5K in Nashville this fall.

The country singer, Grand Ole Opry member, and U.S. Army veteran will host the race Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Grand Ole Opry House. The event will take place before Morgan’s headlining concert that evening at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.

Registration is open now at veteransday5k.com. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Opry Trust Fund, Operation Finally Home, the USO, and the Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation.

“We celebrate Veterans Day each year to honor the men and women who have served our great nation in our U.S. military,” Morgan said. “I am inviting you to join me on November 7 to run, honor, and remember our veterans during this first-ever race and give back to those who have already given us so much.”

Before beginning his career in country music, Morgan spent more than 17 years serving in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. He reenlisted in the Army Reserve in 2023, continuing a commitment to military service that has remained central to his life and career.

Craig Morgan’s Veterans Day 5K is open to runners and walkers, including active-duty service members, veterans, military families, and supporters. The professionally timed race will also include commemorative race merchandise and a patriotic finish-line celebration.

An exclusive pre-race VIP meet-and-greet with Morgan is available, although space is limited.
